Let the blogging begin!

Thanks so much for checking out my blog!!! Now, truth be told, I've never blogged before, but I figured this is the best way for me to keep in touch with my peeps. :) I'm going to be overloadin' it with tips on fitness, nutrition and training, and what's goin on in the world of Buckwild Fitness! Every day is different for me, with my schedule consisting of insane calorie-scorchin boot camps, teaching various class formats at 24 Hour Fitness and personally training clients.

I've met some really awesome FFE's...that's a Fellow Fitness Enthusiast for ya :)...through classes at 24 Hour Fitness. FINALLY, here's an easy and convenient way I can stay in contact with you and keep you updated on my 24HF schedule. I currently have 8 permanent classes each week, but always love a jammin' subbing opportunity!!!
